what is the cause low body temrature and swetting in hands ???

Hi all,

I have three kids, all are healthy by grace of Allah allmighty but I don't know why I alway find there hands & feet very cold, light black rings arround the eyes, their ages are 15 & 12 respectively. The younger one also complaint heavy swettings in her hands. Otherwise they are activ and intelligent.

I will be thankfull if some one can guide me.

Low body temperature could be low thyroid? Try Dynamis combination.
