you may be using too many products. I would just stick with the Neutrogena cleanser and then start drinking more water and cut out the caffeine.

Don't laugh. . .try this. I did long ago and it worked. I thought the results were from more attention than usual but then about a year or so ago a lady on Oprah was talking about it. . .and we all know that Oprah wouldn't lie to us. Wash your face. . .don't care how and then use a piece of fresh lemon and rub it all over your face and keep it out of your eyes. It will burn a bit. Then rinse like crazy and then use moisturizer on your face and it doesn't have to be an expensive one. My face started clearing up immediately but more important my skin got better pores and just looked so healthy. I was amazed. My bf at the time always bitched about the amount of makeup I wore to cover the zits and one day we had left very early and it was still sorta dark and he said I just don't want you to wear so much makeup. I didn't have ANY on. . .no zits at all and smooth skin. He looked at me very closely and said, "OMG your skin is so pretty!" It's so cheap and it just works.

Aloe Vera is a good healer especially on sun burn. Get the one that is 100% aloe vera--the clear one. You can get it most inexpensive places like the grocery stores or WalMart here. It goes a long way and I would use it too.

You really don't have to spend a lot to accomplish what you want to do. There was another special on Oprah about very good products that are inexpensive and the Dove moisturizer was one of them. I'm trying that next. I've been using St. Ives products for a life time. The Apricot scrub is as good as many more expensive ones. Use it a couple of times a week to slough off dead cells and it will make your skin better too. Good luck. Hydrogen peroxide is another good product for healing and cleaning. Use it on those troublesome sores too. It is also good to rinse your mouth out with it after you brush. It will kill all the germs and help whiten your teeth. Another inexpensive product that does great things. . .

A lot of acne problems have to do with food allergies or hormone influxes. Try cutting out milk, eggs, and wheat for 2 weeks and see if your problem clears up... Also try to buy hormone free meat.

I always washed my face with soap then put pure Aloe Vera gel on it before bed and am the only member of my family who didn't get acne...

good luck
