Are you sure they are mosquito bites? This is the hallmark sign of scabies mites -- they usually do not itch much during the day, but they start to itch intensely during the night, as it approaches bedtime. They will also spread over time.
Much less likely: If you live in Nebraska, there is also a problem there with a type of infestation called an "itch mite", tiny creatures which live on the galls of the leaves of pin and red oaks, which usually bite people's upper torsos, necks and arms.
A mosquito bite should resolve in a few days. If it hasn't, it's likely to be scabies -- and this will require treatment by a physician. If it is mosquito bites, all you cal do is use something like "Off" to keep them away and treat the bites with Calamine lotion and/or hydrocortisone cream to control itching.

Maybe the mosquitoes are nocturnal...?
Possibly, they could be Wizard Mosquitoes, called here WMs, and they use their inherited magic levels to systematically make everyones bites itch at the same time, so the entire world will be paralyzed by the overpowering sensation to itch the mosquito bites, rendering us helpless to the streaming legions of mosquitoes rising up from the swamps of Panama to overthrow our government....Possibly.

UGH i know what you're talking about!! Maybe it's because by the end of the day like after you've showered you start noticing them again as you're not like playing sports or focusing on anything else specific. It sucks, i know.

omg that's exactly what happens to me. whenever i am getting ready for bed, they immediately start itching like there's no tomorrow. maybe it has something to do with winding down at night, maybe something to do with blood temperature making them hotter than the rest of your body. i wish i knew. the same thing happens to me almost every night.
