You should read your coverage plan. Each insurance company is different. I'd wager to say that most consider that "cosmetic" and won't cover it.

I have a friend who had acne scars, and she went for laser surgery. She looks incredible, it is impossible to tell, that she ever had a single acne scar on her face. Her skin is now, as smooth as silk.

Probably not, although they cover viagra for men who can't get it up... so it depends... ask your insurer, each is differnt
