sounds like an ingrown hair. I get them sometimes after shaving. Nothing to really worry about, but if it gets bigger or seems to be infected, I would definitely see a doctor!

could be a clogged hair pore. did you shave lately? if so, could be from that. if it doesn't go away, definitely go to the ob-gyn. If it does, then good, but keep an eye on the area.
